For $25 you will get multiple high resolution images that you can take home just minutes after your shoot. You will have full copyright privileges of the pictures so you can print them over and over and use them for whatever gift or card ideas you can think of in time for Christmas.

 Day-Z and I personally stopped in to check Santa out.

There will also be over 30 different vendors selling cool gifts there as well. Get your photos and do some shopping. You will be way ahead of schedule! A kid's corner will be available so the little ones will be entertained and supervised while you shop.

EASTERS

When the grandchildren are too old for Easter egg hunts,

 there is still a grand-dogter that wants to play.

We filled some plastic eggs with dog treats

and Day-Z found them and popped them open.

FINAL ROSE PARTY

I wasn't into The Bachelor this season, but then my friend Jessica invited me to attend a final rose episode watching party. So we binge watched Ben and his adventure to find love.

Last night was the party.

We made rose hats

Some of us are craftier than others.

We were asked if we would accept this rose.

We attended a cocktail party

 and enjoyed some sweets.

There was a fun Bachelor trivia game with all the ladies present.

 The party was hosted by super cute ladies who blog at The House That Lars Built.

Veselé Vánoce

Veselé Vánoce...That's how they say Merry Christmas in Czech.

That's where I am for Christmas. This is how we do it here:

 We make Christmas cookies.

 We wear ridiculous red and green reindeer antlers and jingle bell all the way.

 We decorate the tree.

 We have family parties.

 We make schnitzel and potato salad.

 We eat. Then we eat and eat...and eat.

Oh, and then we open presents.

I guess it was a pretty normal Christmas celebration...just in another language.

For your pet lover friend:

SANTA BOOTS

Last year, I tried to get Day-Z to take a photo with Santa Claus. She acted just like a (human) child and was terrified of the guy. What makes Santa so scary? She wouldn't even sit on his lap.

So I got the best idea. I was going to order a Santa Costume and take our own photos. Then I wouldn't be disappointed with a disk full of no good shots that I had to pay a pretty penny to have taken. I checked out the site Wholesale Halloween Costumes. They are awesome because they sell the best selection of costumes for men, women, girls, boys, infants, and dogs at the lowest wholesale prices. You can usually find a discount code to use on their site as well making the total of your purchase amazingly affordable. 

Well, I ordered the boots Santa boots thinking she would sit by them and all of the photos would be lovely. The boots came and looked totally legit. They were way better than some I had seen at other costume shops. They had quality fur at the top and fit like a charm to make the Santa scene perfect.

We just needed to insert dog. After all my hard work, it turns out I just have a camera-shy dog who makes awkward faces whenever a camera is in front of her. Maybe I'll try something different next year.
