I sometimes wonder if post offices purposely hire people who have both an IQ and personality less than that of a postage stamp. I nicely asked why my letter with
326 00 Plzen vs Plzen 326 00 (city and country code)
would be returned. All she could say to me was, "Okay. Okay. Okay..."

Ugh the post office seriously p*sses me off. If I have to ship something I end up going to UPS, they're way nicer.
