Some wise advice my friend's Grandma Beverly once gave me as I received my third refill of strawberry lemonade at Red Robin.
But I'm not very good at this one. I notice if you give me a drink...I drink it. That's it. No messing around. I'm pretty sure it's a good thing I don't drink alcohol.

LOL I have been noticing people do this too! I went to the movies with my cousin this week. We both got a large drink there. Of course that means its about a gallon. After the movie she had drank all hers...I was about 1/3rd done. I dont know how you do it!
I am the same way, and often am glad I don't drink alcohol for the same reason.
