The holidays can sometimes get you down. We rush and rush until life is not fun and compare the things we have/buy with others. It's silly. I just read the book I’m Happy For You (Sort Of…Not Really).
The author, Kay Wills Wyma,is a blogger, mother of five, and the author of Cleaning House. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, she held super fancy positions at the White House, the Staubach Company, and Bank of America. I guess she has a lot to brag about.
This book explores the effects of living in a ridiculously competitive culture—and reveals simple yet effective ways to escape the comparison trap. Social media feeds, neighborhood gossip, and even in our homes, we compare ours vs. theirs too often. I like how this book offers ways to remedy the pressures of having to be better. We should be happy with who we are and love ourselves!
I know...it's easy to say.

Love the title and the book is right on with how today's culture is.
The social media aspect interests me as I find friends trying to have their whatever look like what they saw on Pinterest or Instagram.
This sounds like my kind of book!!!
