I am a total leftover fan. If I don't finish my food at a restaurant, I love To Go boxes (in fact I usually eat the food on the car ride home). But I have found one food that doesn't taste so good the next day: Macaroni and Cheese.

Deanna, that bit about eating food on the car ride home rang a little too true... I blushed, as I did that just the other day! Love it! We should conduct some kind of poll to see just how many people eat their leftovers before they get them home... maybe there are many more like us! :) About the European candy, I'd love that! So sweet of you to offer, so in that case--is Rococo anything to look really forward to? Are they the best?
I love leftovers... I especially love them cold... even more if it is mac n cheese or pizza. Mmmmmm...
The butter in the Mac and Cheese melts into a oily liquid when you reheat it. I think that's why. And salad isn't that good left over either.
