FERRARI DRIVER

Have you ever been a passenger in a Ferrari?
*Unfortunately, I haven't.

Have you ever been the driver in a Ferrari?
*Oh wait, that one is a yes for me.

I felt like Tom Cruise in Top Gun:  I feel the need...the need for speed!

I'm sure if I was a guy a with a bucket list, this would have been on it. But I'm not and I don't have one of those lists per say, so I'll just say it was no big deal.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR CLOTHES

Hello, ladies! I want to share this super cool site I found. It's called eShakti and it is fabulous. They sell dresses, skirts, tops, and accessories.
Sounds normal, right?
But wait, they design the clothes and then YOU can customize them to fit your style
You enter your height and then you can choose your skirt length, if you want to add sleeves and what style, neck type....and it is so easy. They have buttons that let you preview the styles so you know what you're getting.
Right now they are having a 40% off sale and if you use the code DE20NNA you can receive an additional 10% off (valid until August 31, 2012).

I ordered a dress and I LOVE it. And I want to share this with you because I think you will love eShakti for its clothes & accessories, sizing, customizing and customer service too!

LOST KITTY (Kočka)

Hola Gato ran away...or maybe he was kidnapped.
Either way, I was informed the kitty at my mother's house is missing.
Sad face (even though I don't really like cats).

William heard me talking about the situation and decided he would help. So he asked if I had a photo of Mr. Gato, left the room, asked for my phone number and how to spell Utah, and then returned with this:

So darn cute. He then tried to make copies on the printer and suggest we take them to Prague and the Czech forest
(I'm sure there are lots of people near the forest who might know where a lost kitty in Utah might be.)

PRIVATE PLANE

What is the best way to travel back to Prague from Sardinia?
Via private jet, of course.
The interior

el baño

in-flight movie

equipped with a flight attendant....
to bring us plenty of snacks.

I might have felt a little bit like the team on Criminal Minds at the end of the show when they discuss the case and share deep thoughts. Where the heck is my Shemar Moore?!

I played a lot of Top Gun on the Nintendo when I was little, so I convinced the pilot that qualified me to sit in the cockpit and help them land the plane.
(no, that's not a bad spray on tan...I really left that color after 2 weeks of Italian sun)
Touchdown in Prague at the elusive Terminal 3
No lines, no security check, no hassles...
can we do that again, please??

PIZZA, PASTA, AND GELATO...oh my!

We came. We saw. We ate.
No trip to Italy is complete without some good eats.

First, the traditional Sardinian dishes:
suckling pig
crispy bread
lobster salad Catalana style
(my fave) the cookies
then the obvious dishes:
spaghetti

pizza
gelato
and fresh fish

all of which comes with fantastic service

and Italian love
**No scales were harmed in the consumption of this food**

GO KART DRIVERS

One final excursion before heading back to Prague took us to the local Go Kart track. We had the place all to ourselves for 2 hours to race as much as we wanted.
Helmet up!

The race results are in:
The guy who runs the place is a racer himself
(and he has his own brand of chips)
Mr. Paolo Liceri

AQUA DREAMing

Today's adventure in Sardegna (since I'm becoming so tan on this trip, I thought I'd start speaking in Italian) took us to the local water park. Aquadream.

We went without the mothers so William would be able to ride the biggest slides...like this one
and eat junk food.

Kaja had a blast as a first time on water slides
Maybe I was enjoying the tall, dark, and handsome six packs
...and I'm not talking about the Pepsi products!
It was a slidetastic day!

SNORKEL ME

This morning we met the Orso Diving team in Porto Quato for an afternoon of snorkeling.
Our guide, Luca, was kind enough to help those who were a little nervous

Divers:

I tried to find Nemo...
We spotted an octopus. It was too fast for me to get a photo,
but squirted lots of ink for me to swim through.
We also found some rock fortresses
which we left the boat to explore

Of course, no boat trip is complete without the pirate flag
