I don't consider myself to be a rude kid, and I can be very patient with people most of the time, but have you ever been so fed up with a customer service agent you want to tell them to suck it, hang up on them, and then secretly hope their place of business blows up and they never have another customer as long as you both shall live?! AHEM...me neither. Just wondering.

There ARE a few times I've yelled/hung up on customer service people. The yelling has actually gotten me places, the hanging up is to spare them the yelling if I know it won't get me anywhere.
