JAM PAPER Valentine's Day Cards

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I'm a big homemade card fan and a big Valentine's Day fan (ok I pretty much love EVERY holiday or reason to create things with coordinating shapes or colors to celebrate). I am not, however, a big pink fluffy fan. So I am using black cardstock for my holiday greetings this year.
Here's everything I used (pretty simple list):
I got the paper and brown kraft paper bag envelopes (which are my favorite) from a site called Jam Paper. It is a family owned and operated company that has been around for over 55 years. "JAM" stands for Janet, Andrew and Michael Jacobs, a tight-knit family who heads the company's operations. How cute is that?!
They offer a big variety of envelopes, paper/cardstock, notecards, folders, wrapping paper, pens/markers, and office supplies. JAM has a no minimum order policy which means you can buy as much or as little as you want. Of course, if you want to buy product for business promotional mailings, wedding invitations or party invites, you can get volume discounts. You can also have their goods shipped anywhere in the world.
You can easily shop by style, color, and size for your perfect crafting supplies. They have hard to find colors and designs like vellum, leather, recycled linen, foil lined, padded, and so many more envelopes.
Add a little help from the kitty, and we are ready to start making cards.
The linen cardstock is thin and nicely folds into fourths to create a card. I'm totally into chalkboards right now so I chose the black paper. It is super easy to write on it with chalk, gel pens, crayons, or colored pencils. Choose white or light colors for best results.
I cut notches on the sides of the card so it wouldn't bend or bow when I wrapped the cute string around it. Then I added a little matching flare to the envelop.
An up close and personal view of the front of the card.
Here is a full shot of the final product…ready with plenty of time to get them sent out to loved ones.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
