FRUIT & NUT

Am I wrong to think that it is ok for me to eat chocolate if I get the candy bars with fruit and nuts in them? They are more healthy, right?!

  1. Moderate amounts of dark chocolate are good for your heart, can lower blood pressure, and also lower cholesterol.

  2. It has dairy milk, fruit and nuts, that's three different food groups. That's like a whole balanced meal in one bar.
